Help Elect Fair Minded Candidates and Remember to Vote on Nov 4th

Get out and vote! November 4th is the day to make your voice heard.
This is the year for fair-minded leadersip.
This is the year for LGBT equality.

This is the year to win!

Before Election Day:

Remind your friends to vote with a little help from HRC!
Volunteer!
Candidates who see you working for them will know that they need to work for you; just head over to the campaign office of a candidate you support. Whether you have a day, an afternoon, or an hour, it will make all the difference in the world. Don't forget to wear your HRC gear so they know their LGBT consitiuents are behind them.

Pledge to vote!

On November 4th, Election Day:

VOTE!
Then make sure your friends, family, and co-workers do the same. Offer to take them with you if they need a ride.
Learn about voting in OH.
Find your local polling place.
Read more about the candidates and issues that HRC supports.

THERE ARE 47 DAYS LEFT UNTIL ELECTION DAY. It is crucial that the LGBT community gets involved to ensure that fair minded candidates win in Ohio and Nationwide.

Volunteer with the candidate of your choice! If you have an hour, an afternoon, a weekend, you can make change happen in Ohio. There are many opportunities to get involved individually or with other GLBT people. Email for detailed information.
October 4th: Volunteer at the AIDS Walk for HRC.
Become a Poll Observer for all or part of Election Day.
Attend a training with HRC Staff and experienced political campaigners.
Join us at and meet new people at our debate parties!
Contribute to the candidate of your choice
VOTE!

Please get involved to ensure that your voice and the voice of all GLBT Americans is heard in November. Progress for our movement comes from our involvement with the candidates who will ultimately vote on our issues in the state house, in Washington, and in the White House.
